We offer free shipping across India.However for delivery outside India additional shipping charges are applicable.

Yes, we ship Internationally.

Express Shipping Guidelines :

*Rates: Shipping rates will be calculated during the checkout process.
*Delivery Time: Please note that the minimum delivery date for express shipping is 5-7 days.
*Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, our team will verify if it's feasible to deliver the product on time. If there are any concerns about meeting the delivery date, we will inform you promptly.
*Communication: Please be aware that any changes in design or photos, or delays in communication, may affect the delivery timeline. We may request your phone number in advance to communicate promptly if needed.
*Soft Copy Orders: Express shipping is applicable only for physical products. If you've placed a soft copy order and selected express shipping, we will refund the additional charges.
*Refunds: If the delivery date is extended due to customer inactivity or changes, we cannot refund the additional express charges. However, if the order is delivered later than promised, we will refund the full amount.

Once you confirm your order, we will send you a preview of the portrait within 5–10 working days . Upon your approval, we will promptly ship the artwork, and it will reach your address within 5–9 working days.

This is an unlikely event but if it happens ,please contact us immediately via call or WhatsApp. Upon reviewing the situation, we will either provide a full refund or repaint the artwork and send it to you promptly.

In this case, you can reach us on our WhatsApp, We will raise the ticket with delivery partners for fast delivery.

No, We don’t provide cash on delivery.

Our products are personalized.

Normally, 30% of the orders will be returned to the seller in the case of COD.

Thus, a COD option is suitable for products that can be shipped to other customers.

We use hard boxes for the safety of the product. however in case of any damages found please share the unboxing videos & photos on our WhatsApp.We will redo the work without any cost and send to you.

Once the order is under process, cancellation is not possible. However, if the cancellation request is made before processing cancellation is possible.

Once the painting is done, a preview of the artwork will be shared with you. You can either approve the painting or request a revision .

Yes , we provide multiple revisions for the painting.

Yes, it is possible. We send notifications to the phone number provided in the billing address.But If the billing address phone number is not provided, the notifications will be sent to the phone number specified in the shipping address section.

You can opt to pay by razor pay ,debit cards, credit cards, net banking or UPI wallets.

Yes , You need to pay full amount for order confirmation.

Yes , our products includes 18% GST.

Once the refund has been initiated the amount will be credited to your account within 7-12 working days.

You are eligible for a return only if you receive a defective item. Refer our return policy .

The term "number of faces" refers to counting both human faces and pet faces. For instance, if you want to draw a portrait of yourself with your pet, it would be considered two faces or characters.
