Delivery Timeframes:

Upon your approval, we promptly ship your artwork, reaching your address within 6–10 working days.

Metro cities: Estimated delivery in 3-4 days.

Other than metro cities: Estimated delivery in 4-10 days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to potential delays from our delivery partners.

Return and Pick-Up:

We do not provide return pick-up services.

Lost or Damage in Shipping:

Lost in shipping? Contact us immediately, and we'll arrange a full refund or promptly resend your artwork Received damaged artwork? Share unboxing videos and photos via WhatsApp, and we'll recreate and resend your order at no cost.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

We offer partial COD on selected products, where a payment percentage is made upfront, and the rest is paid upon delivery. However, please note that COD is not available for all our personalized and customized products, as these items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. These conditions apply only to limited products and are subject to change based on festivals and other seasonal factors.
