Fabus Frames - Return & Refund Policy

At Fabus Frames, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with secure and careful packaging. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully before placing an order.

1. Digital Portraits

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund if canceled before work begins.
  • Cancellation charges apply if work has started (based on design stage & face count).

1st Position Preview:

  • 1–3 faces: ₹400
  • 4 faces: ₹500
  • 5 faces: ₹600
  • Extra: ₹100 per additional face

2nd Position Preview:

  • 1–3 faces: ₹500
  • 4 faces: ₹600
  • 5 faces: ₹700
  • Extra: ₹100 per additional face

Final Design Completion:

Cancellation charge is based on face count; remaining amount will be refunded.

Dissatisfaction After Revisions:

  • Artwork will be reviewed against original photo.
  • Major mismatches: Full refund
  • Minor differences: Partial refund

Return Policy

Accepted only if the product is damaged. Required:

  • Unboxing video
  • Clear photos
  • Request within 7 days of delivery

Refund Policy

  • Before work: Full refund
  • Post revisions: Full/partial refund based on mismatch
  • Shipping damage: Refund or redo after verification
Refund Time: 7–12 working days
2. Handmade Portraits

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund before artist starts.
  • After preview: Refund based on mismatch and number of faces.

Return Policy

  • Accepted only for damaged items.
  • Unboxing video + photos required
  • Request within 7 days

  • Before work: Full refund
  • Dissatisfaction: Assessed case-by-case
  • Damage in transit: Refund or redo
Refund Time: 7–12 working days
3. Hand Painted - Sarees

Return & Refund Policy

No returns or exchanges unless item is damaged on delivery.

Damage Claims:

  • Unboxing video is mandatory (unedited, from seal open)
  • Submit within 1–2 days of delivery

International Orders:

Returns/exchanges not accepted due to customs and shipping constraints.

Quality Check:

Every saree is inspected and securely packed. If damaged, we'll resolve it once validated.
