Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if canceled before work begins.
- Cancellation charges apply if work has started (based on design stage & face count).
1st Position Preview:
- 1–3 faces: ₹400
- 4 faces: ₹500
- 5 faces: ₹600
- Extra: ₹100 per additional face
2nd Position Preview:
- 1–3 faces: ₹500
- 4 faces: ₹600
- 5 faces: ₹700
- Extra: ₹100 per additional face
Final Design Completion:
Cancellation charge is based on face count; remaining amount will be refunded.
Dissatisfaction After Revisions:
- Artwork will be reviewed against original photo.
- Major mismatches: Full refund
- Minor differences: Partial refund
Return Policy
Accepted only if the product is damaged. Required:
- Unboxing video
- Clear photos
- Request within 7 days of delivery
