Fabus Frames is an online eCommerce shop of personalized arts, digital art, pencil art, and gift products offered at a great value to the consumer. Upon placing an order, Fabus Frames ship the product to you and be entitled to its payment for the service.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation of an order cannot be processed once after the order is under process. Hence the order can be only canceled before it is under process. Full Amount will be refunded if the cancellation is before the order under process.

A refund is also possible if the customer receives a damaged product. The value of the damaged goods (Art or Print or Frame or All of them) can be refunded on request. The customer should raise the refund request with valid proof (proof of damaged product) within 3 days of product delivery. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Violation & Termination

Ins sole discretion and without prior notice, you agree that the Company may terminate your access to the website and block your future access if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or any other policies. If you or the Company terminates your use of any service, you shall still be liable to pay for any service that you have already ordered till the time of such termination.
