Cancellation & Refund
Policy
Cancellation of an order cannot be processed once after the
order is under process. Hence the order can be only canceled before it is under
process. Full Amount will be refunded if the cancellation is before the order
under process.
A refund is also possible if the customer receives a damaged
product. The value of the damaged goods (Art or Print or Frame or All of them)
can be refunded on request. The customer should raise the refund request with
valid proof (proof of damaged product) within 3 days of product delivery. The
refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
